Akhal-Teke Endurance

We delayed the start to our 2015 endurance season due to inclement conditions across northern Italy but today Madjima opened the year for team Medeus.  With her rider Giancarlo Palini she competed in the 60km class over a difficult and demanding course at Piozzano Italy.  With lots of hills and very heavy clay soil (neither of which she has trained for) she nonetheless finished in a very creditable 9th place and has now qualified for the 90km competitions.  She maintains her 100% completion rate and her debut in the 90km class is planned for next month.  She will need to run two 90km races at a fixed pace before she will be free to race properly.
